EpiCafe & Catering

Chef/Entrepreneur Stephen Deproto and his wife Annalisa have longed dreamed of opening their own cafe and catering venture. In October of 2014 they were able to purchase an existing business. In May of 2015, after renovations, they celebrated their Grand Opening. Steve has more than eighteen years of professional cooking, training, as well as kitchen, and business management experience. He specializes in Italian, Traditional, and Fine-Dining Cuisine. He started his career at the Hawthorne Inn then followed by working at Max's Downtown, Max A Mia and Esca. He works along side his wife Annalisa and lives in Farmington with his family.
